Survey: Autism Life Choices

I have designed this survey in order to evaluate the quality of life a sub-group of people with autism have (those able to communicate in writing). I would welcome your comment on how user friendly the survey is and any other issues you would like to bring to my attention. The data will be collected at a later stage and its analysis will be presented on this blog upon completion. The data may be used as pilot investigation in request of a more accurate and extensive survey of the ASD adult population.
